Nally Folding MegaBin® Named AFR Sustainability Finalist

We are proud to announce that our Nally Folding MegaBin® has been awarded finalist status in the Logistics & Transport category of the 2026 AFR Sustainability Leaders Awards, recognising its contribution to more sustainable and efficient Australian supply chains.

The AFR Sustainability Leaders Awards celebrate organisations and initiatives demonstrating leadership in sustainability and driving meaningful environmental and business outcomes across Australia.

Recognised Among Australia’s Sustainability Leaders

The Nally Folding MegaBin® was recognised alongside a high-calibre group of organisations in the Logistics & Transport category, including Port of Brisbane, Centurion, Qantas Airways Limited and Flinders Port Holdings Group.

Congratulations to Port of Brisbane, which was named the category winner.

Being recognised alongside some of Australia’s leading organisations, all working towards a more sustainable future, is an achievement we are incredibly proud of and reflects the growing role reusable packaging can play in creating more circular supply chains.

Designed for More Efficient Supply Chains

Designed and manufactured in Australia, the Nally Folding MegaBin® combines durability, efficiency and technology to help businesses reduce their reliance on single-use packaging.

As the only pooled bulk bin in Australia capable of stacking six high when fully loaded, the Folding MegaBin® helps maximise storage and transport utilisation while maintaining strength and safety.

Its innovative 3:1 folding design significantly reduces the space required for empty storage and return transport, while its 550kg load capacity supports repeated use across fresh produce, protein, poultry and other bulk goods supply chains.

RFID technology is also built in as standard, providing greater asset visibility and helping businesses better manage reusable packaging throughout the supply chain.

Advancing Circular Supply Chains

At Viscount, we believe sustainability and supply chain efficiency need to work together.

The Nally Folding MegaBin® was developed to provide businesses with a durable, reusable alternative to single-use packaging and traditional rigid bulk bins. Its reusable design can deliver a reduction in CO₂ emissions compared with single-use alternatives, with the environmental benefits increasing through repeated reuse.

At the end of its service life, the plastic material can also be recovered and recycled, supporting our closed-loop approach to packaging.

A Recognition of Our Team

Being awarded finalist status in the AFR Sustainability Leaders Awards is a fantastic recognition of the work our team continues to do to develop practical reusable solutions that deliver both environmental and operational benefits.

While we didn’t take home the category win, we are proud to stand alongside organisations working towards the same goal – finding better and more sustainable ways to move goods across Australia.

Towards a World Without Single-Use

This recognition reinforces our commitment to making circularity simple for our customers and accelerating the transition from single-use packaging to reusable solutions.

We congratulate Port of Brisbane on its win and all of the organisations recognised in this year’s AFR Sustainability Leaders Awards.

For Viscount, it’s another important step towards our vision of a world without single-use.
