Engineered and manufactured in Australia, the Folding MegaBin® forms part of Viscount’s growing circular pooling infrastructure, helping businesses reduce reliance on single-use packaging while improving operational efficiency.

Built for High-Performance Supply Chains 

A defining innovation of the Folding MegaBin® is its ability to stack six high when fully loaded, making it the only pooled bin in Australia capable of achieving this.

With a load capacity of up to 550kg, the design maximises vertical storage and transport efficiency while maintaining structural strength and operational safety.

By enabling six-high stacking rather than the traditional five, forklift handling is minimised within warehouses and distribution centres.

The result is a simpler, more efficient way to move bulk goods at scale.

Traceability Built Into Every Bin

The Nally Folding MegaBin® also introduces RFID-enabled traceability as standard, providing improved asset visibility across complex national supply chains.

Through optional advanced Genius Tag™ Track & Trace technology, customers can access real-time insights that support better logistics planning and stronger asset accountability.

These advanced tracking capabilities can also deliver predictive alerts for temperature fluctuations and handling incidents – helping customers protect product quality and maintain cold-chain performance.

A Circular Alternative to Single-Use Packaging

The Folding MegaBin® operates within Viscount’s pooling model, designed to keep reusable assets circulating across the supply chain.

Bins arrive washed, sanitised and ready to use.  At end of use, they are returned to Viscount where they are professionally cleaned, inspected and redistributed for their next journey.

This eliminates the disposal, repacking and waste associated with traditional cardboard and timber packaging, allowing customers to focus on their operations rather than managing packaging waste.

Designed for Reverse Logistics Efficiency

Another key feature of the MegaBin® is its integrated folding architecture. With a 3:1 collapse ratio, the bin reduces from 780mm to just 280mm when folded, allowing collapsed units to be stored up to 20 high.

This significantly improves reverse logistics efficiency, reducing storage footprint and transport volume when bins are returned through the pooling network.

Protecting Product Quality 

The Folding MegaBin® is designed to protect product as it moves through the supply chain.

Smooth, non-porous interior surfaces support hygiene and easy sanitation, while rounded internal corners reduce bruising and product damage. Integrated ventilation slots help optimise airflow, supporting freshness and extending shelf life during transport.

The bins are also automation-ready, compatible with tipping systems, washing facilities, conveyors and beam racking used in modern processing environments.
