Circularity Made Simple
Real Impact, Right Now
At Viscount, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. As a joint venture between Pact Group and Morrison, we’re driven by a clear vision: a world without single use. Our circular packaging solutions go beyond waste reduction; they safeguard products, conserve resources, and streamline operations across the supply chain.
With more than 30 years of experience leading the shift to a circular economy, our reuse model empowers customers to significantly cut CO₂ emissions and reduce product damage – delivering environmental and operational benefits in one smart move. We don’t just talk about impact; we engineer it.
Join us in making circularity simple. Because building a sustainable future isn’t someone else’s responsibility; it’s all of ours.
Reuse vs Recycling
Reuse and recycling are not the same
Recycling is a positive step; but reuse goes further, delivering greater savings in both carbon emissions and costs.
Recycling requires energy-intensive processes like shredding, granulating, and remanufacturing. Reuse, on the other hand, keeps supply chain solutions, such as produce crates, in circulation longer, helping to reduce both waste and emissions.

Our Carbon Calculator
Real Data, Real Impact
The calculator’s results are derived from a model that relies on a range of assumptions and data sources, and are illustrative only. Actual environmental impact will depend on specific factors and conditions, such as production methods and locations, raw materials, transport, product lifespan, crate wash processes and recycling rates. See below for further details.

Fight
Food Waste
Unlike single-use cardboard, our RPCs won’t crush or collapse when wet. And unlike timber, our Nally MegaBins® won’t split or pierce produce. This helps to preserve freshness and fight food waste.
The Local Circular
Economy in Action
Every day, we’re innovating to deliver more sustainable solutions. By using locally sourced recycled content, we help divert waste from landfills and transform it into new, high-performance products. Our facilities can manufacture items with up to 100% recycled content; tailored to your design needs.
RPCs sorted, washed
and inspected
Collapsed crates are collected directly from produce growers, streamlining returns and keeping reusable assets in circulation. This efficient system helps reduce waste and supports a cleaner, more sustainable supply chain.
Collapsed crates collected
by produce growers
RPCs are sorted, washed, and thoroughly inspected to meet strict hygiene and quality standards. This process ensures every crate is safe, clean, and ready for reuse in the supply chain..
RPCs filled
at farm
RPCs are filled with fresh produce right at the farm, locking in quality from the start.
This ensures every crate delivers clean, safe, and ready-to-sell goods all the way to retailers.
Full crates delivered
to retailer’s DC
Full crates are delivered straight to the retailer’s distribution center, ensuring fresh produce arrives safely and efficiently. This seamless transfer keeps supply chains moving and shelves stocked with quality goods.
Crates delivered to retail store
Crates arrive at the retailer as point-of-sale solutions, ready to showcase fresh produce straight from the farm.
